Almost a week since last run... bollocks...anywho... fun neighborhood jaunt today up to mouth of Big Cottonwood Canyon... fall colors beautiful and drizzl-ee. Felt good and steady pace from 8:15 to 9:30 depending on grade. Slogorific day
Went to Pipeline with daughter Hannah...she is great but donated blood this morning and felt a wee bit tipsy at mile 2 so I sent her back and went out .7 more before I turned around... beautiful fall day
