avg 8:30.  Which I was proud of because I had 3 miles of slow ups and then 3 miles of mostly down and flat and felt I was in quicksand on the up, plus 7 miles is no joke with the gdoc.  To say a run is better than sex is to comment, on the serious trouble with one's sex life so to speak

Serious trouble my friend. And a good therepy session should be had. Moab, St. George, maybe a quick jaunt back to the emerald city might be in order! We need to finish the course out at Half Moon! Should've stayed up for some Dex!
