Slow painful miles on the Pipeline from Burch Hollow to Elbow Fork and bit further up toward Mt Aire. Feeling tired and heavy today. Canyon pretty. The road has now been closed off for the winter past Burch Hollow. Was warmer than I thought it was going to be and started with a heavier long sleeve shirt...had to run shirtless for 2 middle sun solitary miles to cool down. Scared some of the wildlife with the Pale Dread but no humans had to suffer. Nice to be free for a moment in the sun and yellow dappled walls of aspen. |
