Pavement miles to Old Mill and back. One of these days need to get brave enough to get into some double digits. Lately I'm ready to be done about mile five. Beautiful sunny cold day.

You should have come running with me today! I was a street over on Bengal Blvd. It was cold, but a beautiful day! I thought I would be running in slushy snow, but only had to dodge icy spots! Nice that you got your miles in!
