Fun time with the brothers in Arizona.  Four of us ran the half with 21990 other runners.  Party time all around.  I, of course, was soundly beat by my younger, stronger siblings, but they are studs, so it is ok.  The race was painful for me because I was obviously under trained.  avg 8:29   Only managed to run twice a week for that last months of time.  Just not enough to get rid of the pain of long distances I guess,  but proud non the less.  I just couldn't pick up the pace.  Legs felt heavy and the tactical error of not wearing ipod was not helping my sometimes weak mind.  the music helps me disconnect.  The race was well organized, and went off without a hitch.  The course is quite honestly boring city block running but entertaining with lots of spectators.

Had a great time overall.

Be the man! You're a Rock Star in my book bro! It was a good run! Thanks for taking charge of the details. Is there a 90 day no interest option?j/k
