Neighborhood run.  Asphalt lusciousness. You got to get what you can I guess.  Liked the Kinvaras today.  Felt light.  Funny thing, I really tried to push the last 3 and managed a wind aided 7:39 mile but dont know how to go any faster than that for the moment... really need to get some speed workout in my wheelhouse I guess.  Also need to somehow fix the busted adductor.

We went out to the mouth of Snow Canyon, near Tuacan. I think the trailhead there is called the Scout Cave trailhead and started from there. Not quite sure how to get from there over to the trail on the east side of Tuacan but we did. Just kind of cut cross country to the west around the point there. You will see it when you get there. There is a trail that runs along the base of the ridge to the east the school then it goes up the pass behind the school and drops down in to Snow Canyon. We then worked our way over to the paved path in Snow Canyon and head back to the car. From the Scout Cave trailhead we then headed east. That trail goes clear to the Chuckawalla trailhead that is on Bluff street and about 1200ish North. It is just past the Snow Canyon Parkway on the West side of Bluff. Have fun.
