I really enjoyed this run because the weather was perfect and Mt. Olympus was beautiful.  This is the beginning of slower miles, trying to just build a base for an ill advised but necessary try at my first marathon (ogden 2010).  avg around 8:55 with 5 miles of mostly up and 3 down.
