Grandeur Peak Big Boy Run today.  Wanted to get Oreo out on this but life intervened.  This is a great run every time I've done this loop, but I am always impressed with how unrelenting steep this climb is up.  I am usually throwing out a few expletives about 3/4ths the way up.  Only regret is that I did not have my spikes on for the top and the first half mile over the top.  There is a lot of icy snow up there and I was slipping all over the place.  Beautiful views of the valley and nice jaunt home.  Always kicks my butt.

10.5? That is more than just Grandeur up and back. Nice workout today! Grandeur kicks my butt in the summer without ice and snow. It was a nice day to get out...I bet it was cold up there.

Steam...the 10.5 come from going up the West face, then over the top down the Millcreek side out Pipeline and out millcreek to Wasatch Blvd... then back to where you started in the parking lot at the trailhead of the West Face by Parleys canyon. The actual up is around 2 miles and 3000 vertical feet.
