Felt like I have an energy sucking disease.  Struggled through 5 miles about 8:20 pace.  Havent really had an energetic run for a long time.  Went to Great Harvest after for a raspberry scone.  Maybe thats my problem.

As an avid rock climber I find that my body and related energy and strength cycles. Understanding when I am peaking helps me know when to attempt projects. On the other hand, when I am having a weak spell I know to work other areas, such as climbing endurance or finger strength.

I think as a runner we experience similar peaks and valleys. Coordinating our running schedule, workouts, and races around that knowledge can help us be more production and more successful, long term.

Really, what do I know though. I suck at running and only get by on the fact that I have been enjoying it so much.

Maybe you have mono. In any case, I hope you feel better.

BTW, I'm a Holladay local myself. I hope to see you out on the streets.

Brothra a sad tale I do agree. Mono yes mono, maybe it has returned. You are a star. I think we just need to pound a Monster (low carb of course) and forget about your problems. Cut back on the Dexter thoughts and focus on the leg turn over... Ay there's the rub. You sure you're out for Friday - should be snowing. excuse me is that your finger.

Don't blame the scones, i live on those things, eat atleast 3 a week! Take Nick's advice low carb Monster cures anything, in fact I may go grab one right now, I have an 11:15 soccer game!
