Felt gross.  This once a week running has left my cardio system week.

Feelin gross boss? Lets hit the dessert to cure our ills!

Oh no! Why are you only able to do once a week? It's so hard to get stamina back when we are out of the routine. I know that feeling. It's happened to me when I go on Lake Powell house boat trips. So hard! I feel super gross my first week back.

Is anyone here?

Did you go running today? I think you should. Give your legs a beating.

Hawaii? Super jealous! I want to go bad!
