Early"ish" run for me, 0730 start haha.  Nice to beat the main heat of the day.  Decided to do some road miles after mostly doing trails for the longer runs lately.  Went up past the Old Mill to Porcupine grill and back.  Felt a bit sore and uncomfortable upper body, but good run with avg around 8:45
