Drove to Quarry trail. Ran and Power walk 2 miles up and 2 back avg 9.09. Was great fun to be on likely the last trail run of the year. Missed my brothers.

hmm, nice, haven't run since Utah, got a 13.1 coming up quick, need some inspiration kids. We missed being there. Running alone sucks I have decided. Time to roll to vegas I agree.
