Decided to go before breakfast this morning because I have been so full feeling on most of these runs lately.  Did work out better and something happened that has never happened to me in all my years of running.  I blew a snot rocket out of one side of my nose and it stayed attached and swung up into my eyeball full on.  Pretty cool.
