Birch Hollow to Elbow Fork trail then down the Millcreek road because I was hungry.  The trail is beautiful, but saw more people on this section than I ever have before.  Most seem to stay on Pipeline below Birch because of the climb.  Also there was a huge pile of dog poo sitting right in the middle of the trail which sucked.  I have noticed less dog hygiene on this trail over the past year...

The more popular the trails get the more irresponsible people will show to use them, unfortunately. I would really like to see the government invest in more forest service law enforcement who can really travel the trails and hold people accountable. But alas, I'm certain it is only a dream.

Ditto what Jun said, but with an additional caveat of a mandatory tasering of any Dog owner found in violation..

Cracking up about cutting the run short because you were hungry, I've done that a few times. You know, I think dog manners as a whole have been in decline for several years....I think it's the hip hop culture to blame.

Are you sure it was dog poo?? haha! That kind of stuff drives me crazy and crowded trails. I don't think anyone should be on the trails but me! haha! Enjoy those trails for me since I can't.....even the dog poo!
