Beastly long run leading up to the Ogden Marthon.  Now I am scared.  That is the longest I have run and I am pretty dang sore for the last few miles.  Also enthused that I went that far.  Anyway, ran around Pineview reservoir with brothers Nick, Tony and sister in law Jamie.  avg 9:11.  Nick left us in the dust with about 6 miles to go, he is animal.  fun day

It feels nice to take on a beast, doesn't it? Good company always makes it better too.

Nice job out there.. I'll be looking for your race report.
