Snowy trail miles on Pipeline.  Beautiful and a bit mushy, but better than the road for me.  Also put about a mile on a treadmill while getting a stress echocardiogram.  Just making sure the old ticker is still in shape after some weird pains.  Doc told me everything looked good so far.  Guess I can keep running for some years to come.

Running would be the best thing for your ticker anyhow.

Do you like running on the snow? I'm not a huge fan of it but...you have to do what you've got to do right?

Dont mind snow if hardpack which pipeline often is. slushy sucks rocks though.
