Chilly run with a couple thousand strangers.  I tried to push my old man legs to break 24 minutes.  This seemed a toughish course as the first 1.5 is fairly uphill.  I felt good because I finished strong and was mostly around fit people and a smattering of 9 year olds which always blows me away.  Then ran the nearly four miles home in avg 8:40.   Splits 8:24, 7:30, 7:17 then sprint.  Have a day full of food and gratitude.

Good job on a tough course. There were some nice hills on that one - weren't there?

Nice run! Those little kids always amaze (and frustrate me) too! Those hills are crazy, not a fast course, but a good one.
