Fun, easy miles today. I decided to consciously run about 15 seconds per mile slower and accept that I am a poozle. I did however decided that I need to run a marathon. How about Ogden 2010? avg 8:48

You can do it - because you are a star - a poozle star, but a star nonetheless. Went on a Mtn Bike ride up a Basin today. Great stuff. We need to hit the trails. You running Hairdoglesses Halloween Race spectacular??
