I feel horrible.  Hot, heavy, leaden, slow, tired, stressed.  I have been working too much lately and ran but scant miles in June.  July doesn't look much better. It is difficult to remember how fit I felt in May, and now I am slow and heavy.  This am run was 4.2 with visit to sister in law restroom at 2 miles.  avg 8:38 and in pain.

A bit better run.  But still unusually painful.  I think I am still jetlagged and not heat adjusted. avg 8:24.  Come to think of it.  I haven't felt good since I turned 40.  Maybe I am just in the transition stage to a new and better decade.

first decent run in a long time.  I finally went in the morning before the extreme heat of the day.  I think I can't give off enough heat in the 90 plus dgree days.  Anyway , avg 8.08, with two miles sub 8.  I wasn't feeling great, sore from waterskiing yesterday, but it was nice to know I could gut out these miles.

Hot and muggy evening run.  Had a half mile walk after 3.3mi.  Im weak sauce.  avg 8:26. But nice to get some kind of run in after 10 days.
