Ran up Bells Canyon and around the lake to some southern trail that went up a ridge until I was bushwacking so sent back down and then back to car because I was out of water and the lovefest was dying down.  Beautiful place.

Lovefest! ha!

I'm supposed to be running more dirt trails right now, but I just don't want to run them alone. I need to work up some guts and just do it. Nice work today :)

Nice work G! Sounds like a pleasant outing. Glad the love is starting to return.

Lily, my opion, trails are safer than the streets.
