up millcreek road past the gate towards big water etc.  wanted to get in the canyon but didnt want to see snakes today as had freaking weird rattlesnake dream the other night that unsettled me...needed brainless running not wary running today...funny thing was about 2 miles up the road there was a tiny snake darting in front of my path.haha

How do you like those Pure Cadence? I really wanted to try some of those Pure Brooks but they are so darned narrow!!! Can't believe you are scared of a little rattler...

I love the pure cadence actually...I have a wide foot and they give my foot some room...they have more cushion than the saucony kinvaras I was using but still are light.

I do have super freaky wide feet...at least at the toe box area....I do buy them a good full size bigger than most of my casual shoes...I dont like my toes to touch at all...Maybe this is why they seem to be wide enough... they look like clown shoes to my eye but I love having the room in the toes.
