Was going to do something bigger, but raining and felt kinda wussy today, struggling with the 5.  Anyway, maybe on monday.  Did olympus high loop avg 8:28

This one seemed much longer than it was for some reason.  Was going to go ten, but lost interest.  avg 8:45.  Did not feel very energetic, but am overall excited about the upcoming Ogden Half.  One thing I think is interesting is that this may be the only Blog outside of a Gastroenterology site that members feel compelled to detail when they have a BM.  Funny eh

Just over half way for what I need to do next saturday.  Too busy at work this week to run much. Did the reverse Millcreek road loop this am.  Annes bday today. My right buttcheek is still kind of numb.  Lumbering around at 8:30 avg.

Great day in Ogden Valley.  Ran the race with my two bros and watched the other two bros run the marathon.  Had a great race.  Felt good overall.  Pushed as well as I could, but couldnt beat last year's PR.  Garmin died as soon as I turned it on this am, so no splits to report, but was nice to run unencumbered.  Water tasted like pee for some reason this year, I guess Pine View needed some extra water out before spring run off.  I also like to be passed by all the people 20 years older than me.  Especially the ones that are running with some impossibly deformed gait.  It is awesome.  Be back next year.  Maybe even the marathon if I can get enough duct tape to keep them on.

Nice post work run. A bit fatigued after the half in Ogden, but surprisingly not that sore.  It was my most enjoyable run yet.  Maybe that means I didn't push it hard enough to achieve a PR etc.  Anyway, my garmin is dead, I will have to try to find it some Viagra.  Or maybe get a new one.  Is the 400 series now the one to get?

Tired loop of running.  But great to be out after a long call weekend in the hospital.  avg 8:25.  Lacking Fuel.  Beautiful Memorial Day.  Enjoy Brohas.

tried to go fast on this one.  some ups and some downs avg 8:03.  Oh well, I was happy anyway, but was hoping to beat avg of 8.  Hot and sweaty which is good.

Post father and son tent night.  Will and I had a good time.  I was happy with the 8:48 avg since it was 2pm and hot.  need to sign up for something.  any ideas?
