Run with Josh and Harrison up Snow Canyon in St George.  Early morning good times.  Took it pretty easy with a conversation pace.

Took off on a sweet trail system behind Green Valley.  I believe it is called the Zen trail.  It can be done as a loop, but I pieced it together.  The cool part of this trail is along a mesa edge that has some tremendous overlooks down onto the Bearclaw poppy mountain bike routes and really you can see all around the area for miles.  Beautiful winding singletrack dirt and sandstone.

Sweetness.  But tired sweetness.  Hit up Indian Head trail in O-Town with brother Oreo.  I was feeling hungry and tired at the start, but really cool trail especially once you get onto the flatish area up the mountain.  Some cool views and pines and a bit o snow.   Oreo tried to trick me by going off trail at some point and following some mountain goat tracks...we eventually bushwacked our way back to main trail.

Legs are tired.  I fixed the Hunger tho with a Dylan's Mt Ogden Burger and Peach shake.

Good Day.

City run today...ran to see my niece's soccer game out in Sandy.  Started at home and went to 70th S down to 23rd then over to Bengal then to Highland to 94th then the elementary school.  Met Oreo there who saved me with a jacket and watched the last half o the game.  Got lost for a bit in the hoods trying to find the school, had to stop at McDonalds for pit stop and also learned that highland drive is not flat.  Nice easy pace avg 9.  Good soccer game.  Good times.

Donut Celebration Day was today.  I decided to pay homage.  A visit to Banbury Cross started the day...Breakfast, Glazed twist.  Second Breakfast...rainbow sprinkle white frosted cake, prelunch...cinnamon crumble...lunch...chocolate frosted.  I kid you not.  I chased it down with a banana to stay healthy.  Burned it all off I am sure on the short neighborhood spin.

This was just a good ol time in Southern Utah exploring some new trail with a couple of my cool brothers.  We went on Fri afternoon and hit up some slot canyon action in Yankee Doodle slot out of Leeds.  Hairdog helped keep us alive on the first 100 foot free hanging rappel and then navigation through a water filled slot.  Few bangs and scraps but its good for the soul.

Next day...run day.  Oreo mapped out a route that ended up 22 plus miles on a scorching hot 87 degree (I think hotter in some sections) day.  This is primarily a mountain bike used trail and we passed a fair number of them. We started up Hurricane Rim trail then after a bit of a out and back, hooked into the JEM trail then Goulds trail and Goulds rim to finish off the loop.  This was a cool one with good company and just the kind of butt kicker I was looking for.  There were some low moments in energy and I think I lost all the salt I had in my system.  Cool landscape, Zions vistas in the background, lizards everywhere, .  Will try to get some pictures up sometime.  Awesome day!

Pipeline trail at a slow pace. Beautiful light green spring trees. No snakes...so good day.  Hip hurting.  I will ignore it.

Reverse Big Titty Loop with the trail section by mount Oly.  Cool day, but my energy is at suckfest level.  Maybe we go waterskiing instead of O-town marathon...what you think Bros?
