Trail run with the brothers hairdog and nick.  Bonneville shoreline in Ogden.  Very cool area above the waterfall of Ogden Canyon and then along towards North Ogden.  Nick nearly ended his life with a fall, but used Ninja skills to stay upright.  I huffed and puffed but made the ups and downs of the mountain.  Fun run.

I thought I was a gonner there for a brief second. Nothing but thoughts of smashing my head and rolling a couple thousand feet to me likely death floated across my mind for a moment - but then I though I'll never be able to ride bronco again --- and found the strength.

I feel bad I missed the run, and the sight of n cartwheeling down the mountainside. good run for a bunch of fuzzy h-lips!
