Blindingly slow and peaceful run up 45th over to Mill Creek and back.  Was pavement but felt like trail as was snow covered road and trees and had a lack of people and traffic.  Cool.

Sounds like a good run on the pavement.

Blindingly slow is a good pace for me most of the time

Blindingly slow and peaceful, sorta like your love life eh?
