had to get one longer one in before Phoenix and also was humbled by velveeta's 11 and nick's  treadmill 10. Very cold start at 15 degrees, warmed up to a balmy 18 by the end of the stumbling bumbling frostbitten run.  sore and slow, but not to shabby for a fuzzy hairlip like myself. avg 8:45 with a lot of it downhill.  Had a serious "hot lamb" moment at mile 7 when I almost ran off the cliff while dizzy and delirious.  I had anne drop me off on the Parley's canyon lookout park lot and then ran along wasatch blvd to 60th south around old mill and then back home.  See you in Phoenix bros.
